Ray Keller

Ray Keller is a seasoned municipal leader with extensive experience in public administration and community development. Currently serving as Village Manager for the Village of Lake Zurich, Illinois since March 2016, Ray oversees operations of a full-service municipality with a $78 million budget and a workforce of 19 employees, catering to a community of 20,000 residents. Prior to this role, Ray held the position of Village Administrator for the Village of Gilberts, managing a $6.1 million budget and 38 employees. Ray's earlier experience includes serving as City Planner for the City of DeKalb and Associate Planner with the Arrowhead Regional Development Commission, where expertise in development regulations and planning was developed. Ray's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Iowa, a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Certificate of Graduate Study in Public Management.
