Patricia Anderson

Patricia Anderson is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the Village of Lisle since September 2018. Prior to this role, Patricia held the position of Manager of Finance and Human Resources at Deerfield Park District from October 2017 to September 2018, as well as Director of Human Resources at Destination Hotels- Two Roads Hospitality from January 2016 to October 2017 and Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts for a brief period in 2015. Patricia's expertise includes counseling management on team member issues, developing policies and practices for progressive discipline, overseeing staffing and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Earlier in their career, Patricia worked as a Program Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago from May 2005 to June 2015, managing aquatic programs and supervising staff and volunteers. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Elmhurst University.
