Megan McDonald

Megan McDonald has extensive experience in event coordination and customer relations, currently serving as the Special Event Coordinator for the Village of Pinehurst since October 2017, where over 70 community special events are planned and executed. Prior to this role, Megan held positions as Camp Director and Customer Service Specialist at Varsity Spirit, managing the launch of PURE Technique Camps and establishing client relationships. As a Sales Team member and Cheerleading Coach at Team 592, sales increased by 20% annually through the expansion of the company’s network. Additional experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at bevello and cheerleading staff positions at Edge Cheer & Dance and Premier Athletics. Megan holds a degree in Fashion Textiles Management with a focus on Brand Management and Marketing from North Carolina State University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
