Yvonne Bartz

Yvonne Bartz has over two decades of administrative experience, currently serving as the Deputy City Clerk and Executive Administrative Assistant for the Village of Ruidoso since June 2019. Prior roles include Administrative Assistant in the Fire Marshal's Office at the City of San Angelo from January 2013 to June 2019, and Elections Clerk for Lincoln County from November 2006 to December 2012. Yvonne's career began at Cattle Baron as a Hostess in December 1998, progressing to Administrative Manager by November 2006. Additional experience includes working as a Corporate Trainer at Gardunos and obtaining education from New Mexico State University, New Mexico TVI, and continuing studies at National American University.
