Michael Thomas O'Malley

Michael Thomas O'Malley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and emergency services. Currently serving as an Analyst at Magnetar Capital since November 2014, Michael has also held positions as a Firefighter/Paramedic for the Village of Skokie and a Firefighter/EMT for the City of Gary. Previous experience includes working as an Underwriter Associate at Comerica Bank, where responsibilities involved conducting financial analysis and risk assessment, as well as roles at PepsiCo, Broadway Electric, Inc., and J.P. Morgan Chase. Michael holds an MBA in Economics and Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BBA in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
