Frank Perry

Frank Perry is currently serving as the Westchester Village President and Mayor since April 2011. Apart from their role in the Village of Westchester, Frank also works as the Chief Strategist, Chief Financial Officer, and Principal at Data Agile, Inc. Frank has a background in business owning various establishments such as a hair salon, a fast-food restaurant, valet parking services, and a DJ service. Frank also holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration.
