Karen Williams has extensive experience in front office roles within the medical field, meticulously managing patient interactions and administrative tasks since 1998. Currently serving as a Front Desk Agent at Village Podiatry Centers since March 2012, Karen is responsible for patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and processing medical financial transactions. Previous positions include front office assistant at DeKalb Medical, front office receptionist for Neurology Specialists, and Neurology & Headache Specialists of Atlanta, where Karen honed skills in insurance verification and patient coordination.
