Yves Rolland Kouabenan

Yves Rolland Kouabenan is an experienced professional specializing in data analysis and program evaluation within public health contexts. Currently serving as the Research Evidence and Learning Manager at VillageReach since October 2021, Yves has contributed significantly to COVID-19 vaccination efforts in Côte D’Ivoire and the Democratic Republic of Congo, and has managed polio sample transportation projects across multiple African nations. Prior to this, Yves was a Biostatistician and Monitoring Evaluation Technical Advisor at the University of Washington, focusing on program evaluation design. Earlier roles include Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and Database Manager at Population Services International, where expertise in database management was developed. Yves holds a Master's degree in Biostatistics from Aix-Marseille University and a Bachelor's degree in Educational Statistics and Research Methods from ENSEA Abidjan.
