Robert Richmond

Bob is a licensed architect who has been involved in over 1,600 built projects throughout California and ten other western states. The projects which Bob developed as either an architect or developer have an aggregate construction cost of over three billion dollars. Commercial projects have included hotels, restaurants, medical office buildings, surgical centers, movie theaters and retail shops including Carpinteria Corporate Center, Dolphin Bay Hotel & Resort, and Marina Dunes Resort, as well as, Colony Square, Front Street at Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo Surgery Center. Residential projects have included single‐family homes, track developments, multifamily housing and apartment properties including Wildwood Ranch, Varian Ranch and the Price Canyon Master Plan. Bob is the recipient of more than 85 national and regional awards for design excellence and has been published in numerous magazines and books.
