Theresa Walton

Theresa Walton is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in employee engagement and HR management. Currently serving as the Director of HR Campus Partners at Villanova University, Theresa has held various leadership roles including Senior Director of Employee Engagement Programs and Planning at Magellan Health, as well as HR Compliance Manager and HR Business Consultant.
