Steve Snead is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in estimating and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Multifamily Estimator at Villara Building Systems since February 2014, Steve also holds the position of Multifamily/Commercial Estimator at Beutler Corp. since the same date. In addition, Steve has been a Project Manager/Estimator at Top Rank Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. since 2012. Previous roles include Estimator and Purchasing at RCR Companies from 2010 to September 2011, and Purchasing at LDI Mechanical from July 2007 to March 2009.
