Carlos Tempesta has over 23 years of experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Digital Transformation Manager and IT Project Manager at Villares Metals since March 2006. Prior to this, Carlos held the position of IT Supervisor at Villares from December 2000 to March 2006, where responsibilities included defining new products, suppliers, and standards for automation, as well as integrating systems with the MES system at levels 1 and 2.
