Alison Friedman

Alison Friedman is a highly experienced legal professional serving as General Counsel for Villatel since November 2020 and for JSB Capital Group since February 2022. From August 2018 to February 2022, Alison held the position of General Counsel at GMF CAPITAL, while also serving as Associate General Counsel during that time. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Gallagher Evelius & Jones from September 2006 to July 2018, where Alison was a Partner. Alison Friedman earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2006 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2001, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the same institution. Alison's educational background also includes attendance at McDonogh School from 1986 to 1997.
