Erin Fitzharris

Erin Fitzharris serves as the Global Head of Operations & Owner Relations at Villatel since June 2022. Prior roles include Principal and Founder of Jitney Consulting LLC from January 2020 to December 2021, and Vice President of Asset Management at Driftwood Capital from June 2018 to December 2020. Erin Fitzharris also held the position of Managing Director of the Independent Hotel Portfolio at Hersha Hospitality Management from May 2011 to June 2018, and briefly served as General Manager (Task Force) at Hersha Hospitality Trust in 2011. Early career experience includes General Manager at Inns of Distinction and Marketing & Operations Manager at Great Lakes Brewing Company. Educational qualifications comprise a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University, a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, a Master’s Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management from Temple University, and completion of an Executive Education Program in Essentials of Marketing Strategy at The Wharton School.
