Annick Sibelle

Annick Sibelle is currently a Chargée de cours en Master 2 Développeur Territorial at Université Lumière Lyon 2, focusing on spatial planning and sustainable development since September 2022. As an Expert - Evaluatrice for the Agence Erasmus+ France / Education & Formation since May 2014, Annick evaluates grant applications and accreditations in various educational sectors under the Erasmus+ program. Additionally, Annick has served as an Europe Project Manager for the City of Grenoble since November 2003, contributing to local European strategy and project management. Past roles include teaching at Université Lyon II and evaluating youth grants for Agence Erasmus+ Jeunes et Sport. Annick's educational background includes a DESS in Community Law and Regional Planning from Université Lyon II and a MST in Trilingual Business Law.
