Sylvain Pasquet

Sylvain Pasquet is an accomplished professional in information systems and digital transformation, currently serving as the Director of Information Systems and Digital Transformation at Mairie de Grigny since June 2023. Prior to this role, Sylvain held the position of General Director of Services at Syndicat Intercommunal pour l'Informatique et ses Outils from August 2021 to June 2023. Sylvain has extensive experience in administrative transformation and information technologies, having served as Deputy General Director of Administration Transformation and Director of the Information Systems and Process Management Department at Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération between January 2016 and August 2021. Additionally, Sylvain has worked as a trainer in Digital Inclusion at the CNFPT and held various leadership roles in information systems at several local governmental organizations since 2005. Sylvain Pasquet holds an engineering degree in Electrical and Industrial Computing from Université Évry Paris-Saclay and a project administration degree focused on public policy evaluation and organizational resilience from the Institut National des Etudes Territoriales.
