Marie Alfonsi

Marie Alfonsi is an experienced professional specializing in training and coaching, currently working at LHH since October 2022, focusing on Nonviolent Communication (CNV) processes. Since November 2012, Marie has also been providing individual and group coaching as a Parental Coach, facilitating meetings for parents and childhood professionals to improve communication with children and adolescents. In addition, Marie has been involved in training at Mairie de Versailles since March 2019, addressing topics like adult-child relationships and emotional management. Marie co-founded and co-directed Batchi Batcha from 2009 to December 2012, overseeing product creation, administration, and finance. Prior experience includes a managerial role at BNP Paribas from 1982 to 2008, with a focus on team management and internal audits. Educational qualifications include extensive training in communication, parenting, and management, culminating in a professional degree in organizational management.
