Mohamed Hamrouni

Mohamed Hamrouni possesses extensive experience in legal and administrative roles within both public and private sectors. Since July 2020, Mohamed has served as Directeur de cabinet at Le Havre Seine Métropole and Ville du Havre. Prior to these positions, Mohamed was Chef de cabinet adjoint at Cabinet du Premier Ministre from June 2017 to July 2020 and engaged in significant political campaigns, including François Fillon's presidential campaign and Alain Juppé’s primary campaign. Educational qualifications include a CAPA from EFB (2016), a Master 2 in International Business Law from Université Paris Cité (2014), and an MBA from Paris School of Business (2013), among others. Mohamed's legal expertise spans commercial litigation, corporate law, and fiscal matters, supported by a robust academic foundation in law.
