Elfriede Heller

Elfriede Heller has extensive experience in the medical technology and training sectors. Currently serving as a People Experience Manager at Villeroy & Boch since September 2022, Elfriede previously held various positions at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics from 1987 to May 2023, including Head of Training Centre & Application Medical Technology for the DACH region, where responsibilities encompassed designing, organizing, and implementing training programs for managers and specialists, as well as providing technical application support. Additional roles included Chief of Product and Application Training, Group Leader Basic Training, and Product Trainer, all focused on training device and application trainers, sales personnel, and service technicians. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Laboratory Manager at Dialysezentrum und Internistenpraxis Dr. P. Schneider, and roles as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Johannes-Diakonie Mosbach and Laborgemeinschaft Dr. Wolf. Elfriede holds an M.A. in Behavioral Sciences and Sociology from FernUniversität in Hagen and a degree as a Medical Laboratory Scientist from the University of Tübingen.
