Deshna Suryanarayan currently serves as a Senior Analyst in Market Partnerships at Villgro, focusing on enhancing market access for rural communities through various initiatives, including go-to-market strategies and end-user financing. Previously, Deshna worked as an Analyst in Climate Action, supporting clean energy startups with commercial scaling. At AVPN, Deshna held the position of Junior Product Associate, where involvement included managing deal curation on the Deal Share Platform and contributing to the Youth Opportunities Platform project. Deshna's experience also encompasses a fellowship at Goonj, intern positions at the National Institute of Urban Affairs, WGWLO, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, and Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration with a minor in Economics from Pandit Deendayal Energy University.
