Paulius Saltonas

Paulius Saltonas is an experienced professional in the fields of thermal and electrical engineering, renewable energy, and project management. Since April 2023, Paulius has served as the Chairman of the Board at Vilniaus šilumos tinklai. In addition to this role, Paulius has been the General Director at Amberwind, UAB since August 2017, and has held the position of Engineer at Stemma management since July 2015, focusing on the maintenance and management of electrical and thermal systems in industrial buildings. Previous experience includes leadership roles as Director at Vėjo vatas and Vėjo gūsis from January 2017 to April 2019, and working as a Service Field Engineer at Enercon Services Lietuva from September 2010 to July 2015, where responsibilities involved mechanical maintenance and repair of wind turbines. Paulius's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Energetics from Kaunas University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Klaipeda State College.
