Ruta Jasiulioniene

Ruta Jasiulioniene currently serves as the Head of Customer Service at AB Vilniaus Šilumos tinklai, the largest central heating company in Lithuania, since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ruta held various leadership positions at SEB from 1997 to 2023, culminating in the role of Head of SEB Global Services Centres in Vilnius and Riga. Notable achievements include expanding the workforce in the global service center from 1,000 to 2,700 employees, transforming the HR support model, and successfully centralizing cash handling services. Ruta also possesses a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from Vilnius University, obtained in 2023.
