Artūras Vasiliauskas

Dr. Artūras Vasiliauskas is the Pro-Rector for Partnerships at Vilnius University (since 18 May 2020). During the mission of the University, the Pro-Rector takes care of the University's cooperation with state institutions, social partners, and educational institutions, represents the University in international and national organizations and their networks, takes care of the University's external relations, image, marketing and communication, relations wtih alumni and alumni associations, Lithuanian and foreign companies, institutions and organizations, enter into agreements or other agreements with them.

Dr. A. Vasiliauskas graduated from Vilnius University with a Bachelor's degree in History (1993), Master's degree studies in Modern History at the Central European University (1995), also, has defended the doctoral thesis Local Politics and Clientage in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in 1587–1632 at King's College London University and obtained a doctoral degree n Humanities (2001). Since 2001 teaches as a lecturer at the Faculty of History of Vilnius University.
