Miloš Beronja has gained extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management roles. Miloš started their career at MyTrendyPhone, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative from March 2015 to January 2017. Miloš then progressed to become a Team Lead in Customer Service & Sales from January 2017 to April 2018.

In 2018, Beronja joined AUTO1 Group as a Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech) and was later promoted to Team Lead Talent Acquisition (Tech). In these roles, they managed a team of tech recruiters and oversaw tech hiring for multiple locations. Miloš was responsible for various aspects of the recruiting process, including KPIs, interview quality, sourcing strategies, and job ads optimization. Their tenure at AUTO1 Group lasted from May 2018 to November 2020.

Following their time at AUTO1 Group, Beronja joined Mister Spex as a Senior Tech Recruiter from November 2020 to August 2021. In this role, they worked independently as the sole recruiter for engineering, product, and design positions. Miloš collaborated closely with C-level management and was responsible for various tech recruiting tasks, such as managing agencies, overseeing the relocation process, and establishing hiring needs.

In 2021, Beronja joined Avrios as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and then transitioned to the role of Team Lead Talent Acquisition. Miloš has been leading the talent acquisition team and contributing to the recruitment efforts of the company.

Most recently, in 2023, they joined Vimcar as a Team Lead Talent Acquisition, where they currently work.

Miloš Beronja completed their education at the Faculty of Philosophy Novi Sad, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Miloš attended this institution from 2007 to 2015. Additionally, Miloš Beronja has acquired a certification in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School in November 2022.
