Taneshya Williams-Wood, MSCP, currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Engagement at Vincentian since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing employee engagement and recognition programs. Prior to this role, Taneshya held the position of Senior Program Manager for the 3 Cups of Coffee mentoring program at Pennsylvania Women Work from April 2016 to March 2022, focusing on mentor recruitment, training, community relationships, and program evaluation. Previous experience includes positions as a GROW Intern and Grief Peer Support Intern, as well as a Home Visitor at The Consortium for Public Education. Taneshya holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from PennWest California.
