Emmi Riihimäki

Emmi Riihimäki's work experience starts in 2011 with their role as an Income Support Specialist at Turun kaupunki - Åbo stad - City of Turku. Emmi then moved on to become a Store Manager at BIK BOK AS in 2015. In 2016, they joined Click Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy as a Recruitment Consultant, where they focused on acquiring new customers and building relationships with clients. Later in 2016, they became a People Operations Coordinator at Tapp Group, where they handled various administrative and HR tasks, including payroll management and implementing the Zoho People HR tool globally. Their most recent position is at Vincit, where they have held multiple roles since 2017, starting as a People Operations Specialist and later transitioning to a Recruitment Business Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Head Of Recruitment at Vincit.

Emmi Riihimäki attended Satakunta University of Applied Sciences - SAMK from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 2011, they briefly studied at Bangkok University, but no degree is specified. Prior to their university education, they attended Raumanmeren lukio/Upper Secondary School from 2002 to 2005 and successfully completed the Matriculation examination.
