Juha Metsälä

Juha Metsälä has a diverse work experience in various industries. Juha is currently working at Vincit as an Account Director, where they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales & Business Development Manager at Vincit from March 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Vincit, Juha worked at Naava as a Sales Manager from June 2019 to March 2021. Naava specializes in creating smart green walls that connect humanity with nature.

From June 2018 to May 2019, Juha worked as a Change Consultant at Trainers' House. In November 2017, they started as a Change Consultant Trainee at the same company until May 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Marketeer at Trainers' House from March 2017 to November 2017. Additionally, they completed the Trainer's House Growth Academy program and served as a Marketeer from November 2016 to March 2017.

Juha also has experience as a Marketing Assistant at Ravuri Oy (now part of Mehiläinen) from September 2016 to December 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Vaasa from October 2015 to December 2015. Juha also worked as a Salesperson at STARK / DT Finland Oy from April 2011 to August 2015.

Furthermore, Juha has experience in the sports industry as an Assistant Coach at FC Honka Espoo from April 2009 to July 2010. Overall, Juha has a diverse background in sales, marketing, consulting, and coaching roles.

Juha Metsälä completed their education in the field of marketing and marketing management. Juha obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marketing from the University of Vaasa between 2011 and 2014. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the same university from 2011 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Juha also acquired additional certifications. In July 2018, they received a Certificate of Completion for the "Elements of AI" course from the University of Helsinki. Furthermore, in June 2023, they gained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
