Mike Tsukuda is an experienced culinary professional with a focus on baking and pastry arts. Currently serving as a Prep Cook at Left Bank Brasseries and LB Steak since September 2017, Mike has previously held the position of Pastry Chef at both Arya Steakhouse from March 2018 to August 2018 and at Left Bank Brasseries and LB Steak from January 2010 to January 2016. A graduate of the Professional Culinary Institute, Mike obtained a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from 2009 to 2010.
