Nir Hauser

Nir Hauser has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Nir is the Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder of VineSight since August 2018. At VineSight, their role involves detecting viral misinformation on social networks, alerting clients, and mitigating the threat using AI technology.

Prior to VineSight, Nir worked as a Big Data Engineer at Convertro (Oath/AOL/Yahoo) from September 2014 to July 2018. Nir was responsible for managing and analyzing large data sets.

From July 2006 to June 2008, Nir worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Revolution Health Group where they designed and developed enterprise systems integration projects. Their responsibilities included technical leadership and project deliveries using various technologies such as Java, SOAP Web Services, and Ruby on Rails.

Before joining Revolution Health Group, Nir served as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from September 2003 to July 2006. Nir led the design and development of knowledge management enterprise web applications, ensuring on-time project deliveries and acceptance by the U.S.

Nir Hauser obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgetown University between the years 1999 and 2003. Following that, they pursued higher education and earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2010 to 2014.
