Randhir Singh

Randhir Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Director of Transmission and Interconnection at both Copenhagen Offshore Partners and Vineyard Offshore since May 2023. Previously, Randhir held the position of Electrical Development Manager at Ørsted from April 2021 to May 2023, leading early-stage offshore wind, storage, and hydrogen projects in the U.S. During a decade at PSEG from 2011 to 2021, Randhir advanced from Systems Engineer, overseeing generator testing and regulatory compliance, to Planning Engineer, managing transmission system analysis and compliance activities. Randhir's career began at Western Power as an Electrical Engineer and included a Systems Engineer role at Motorola. Educational qualifications include an Energy Finance degree from New York University, a Master of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering from Curtin University, and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from Curtin University.
