Tran Thi Xuan Huong

Tran Thi Xuan Huong is an experienced professional in the field of Salesforce and PeopleSoft consulting, currently serving as the Head of Salesforce at VINFAST since March 2024 and as a Salesforce Consultant at VinID since January 2019. Tran has held various roles, including CRM Salesforce Consultant at Gimasys Ltd since February 2014, where responsibilities included pre-sale CRM activities, project implementation, and end-user training. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Peoplesoft Consultant and Business Analyst, with expertise in implementing HRMS systems and ERP solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and SAP. Tran holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and has a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both obtained from the Academy of Finance in Vietnam.
