Lars Göransson

Lars Gustafsson is an experienced project manager and consultant specializing in urban development and leadership support. Currently serving as Projektchef Gottsunda at Uppsalahem AB since April 2022, Lars is focused on developing the Gottsunda neighborhood, addressing the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century. With nearly twenty years in leadership roles, including positions such as CEO at Månsbro Fastigheter and Property Manager at Telge Bostäder/Telge Hovsjö AB, Lars has accumulated extensive expertise in property management, organizational development, and strategic planning. Lars also operates a consultancy providing leadership support and development workshops, further demonstrating a commitment to fostering organizational growth. Education includes a Byggherre MasterClass Diploma from the Stockholm School of Economics and a diploma in property management from Folkuniversitetet.
