Angus Hughson

Angus Hughson is an experienced professional in the wine and beverage industry, currently serving as Australian Editor at Vinous Media LLC since May 2022, and as Co-Publisher of The Australian Ark and The Vintage Journal since July 2021. Angus is also the Founder and Publisher of Winepilot, which focuses on Australian and New Zealand drinks. Prior positions include Chief Marketing Officer roles at The Wine Collective and Cracka Wines, and extensive contributions as a writer, including a significant tenure as Drinks Editor for WISH Magazine with The Australian. Angus holds a PhD in Wine and Psychology from the University of Sydney, and has completed a Diploma in Wine and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
