Jeffery Meariman

Jeffery Meariman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jeffery started their career as a Global Rotational Development Program (GRDP) Trainee at Cameron, where they gained exposure to different manufacturing divisions and functional areas. Jeffery then worked as a Project Analyst, supporting project execution teams in project services and risk management.

Afterward, Meariman joined International Paper as a Manufacturing Management Associate, leading efforts in safety, process improvement, and quality functions. Jeffery later transitioned to the role of Maintenance Supervisor, where they were responsible for coordinating technicians and implementing a preventative maintenance program to improve equipment performance.

Meariman then worked at Flowserve Corporation as a Project Manager, overseeing projects to supply Engineered-to-Order valves to energy companies, specifically in the nuclear industry. Jeffery successfully managed project teams and achieved schedule adherence, customer relations, and revenue forecasting.

At Carrier, Meariman worked as an Outside Sales Representative, achieving sales targets and securing new service agreement business. Jeffery sold annual and multi-year contracts across different vertical markets such as commercial real estate, healthcare, and industrial locations.

Currently, Meariman holds the position of Business Development Manager - Reliability Solutions at Vinson Process Controls.

Jeffery Meariman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University, completing their education from 2007 to 2012.
