Stéphane Vidal has a long and varied work experience. Stéphane began their career in 1996 as a Research Biochemist for DSM Food Specialties. In 2000, they served as a Post-doctoral Fellow for AWRI in Australia. From 2002 to 2003, they were the Head of Laboratory for Inter Rhône. From 2003 to 2007, they were the Global Director, Enology for Nomacorc SA. Finally, since 2019, they have held the roles of General Manager Europe & Head of Strategic Innovation and Vice President Enology & Strategic Innovation for Vinventions.
Stéphane Vidal completed their PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Grenoble between 1996 and 1999. Stéphane then went on to receive an Engineer degree in Biochemistry from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon.
