Theresa Macak is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food industry. Currently serving as an Account Executive at both International Gourmet Foods and Viola Imports, Inc. since March 2023, Macak previously held the position of Research and Marketing Chef at Highland Baking Company from September 2021 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as Sous Chef at Marshall's Landing and Farmhouse Evanston, Executive Sous Chef at Smylie Brothers Brewing Company, and Unit Manager at Campus Cooks. Macak began their culinary journey as a Line Cook at Fork Restaurant in 2011, progressing through several positions including Tournant and Sous Chef.
