Lucy Hoag

Lucy Hoag is a Co-Founder and the CEO of Violet Labs. Lucy was previously a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon, working on Project Kuiper. Prior to that, they were a Systems Integration Engineering Manager at Lyft's Level 5 Autonomous Vehicle Division. Lucy has also worked as a Technical Program Manager at both Waymo and Google. Her early career includes positions as a Senior Systems Engineer at Kinsey Technical Services, Inc and as a Systems Engineer at the Information Sciences Institute. Lucy has also interned at the United States Senate and at Sandia National Laboratories. Lucy is a graduate of the University of Southern California.

Lucy Hoag earned their PhD in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Lucy also earned their MS in Astronautical Engineering from USC. For their undergraduate degree, they studied Astronautical Engineering and International Relations at USC. Lucy is also certified as an Advanced Open Water Diver from PADI.
