Jess Padek

Jess Padek is a Partner at VIP, where Jess has been working since April 2005. Prior to that, Jess worked as an Executive Recruiter at Ajilon Finance Solutions and AccountPros. Jess graduated with a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1997. In their current role, Jess is responsible for business development, interviewing and screening candidates, supervising and training staff, and account management.
