Livio Salvi's work experience begins in 2005 with a chef apprenticeship at Casino Barrière Montreux. From there, they completed an apprenticeship as a specialist in restauration at Eurotel Montreux. Livio then worked as a demi chef de rang at Auberge de l'Onde and later as a chef de rang at Le Rivage Hotel et Restaurant. In 2016, Livio worked as a finance accounting intern at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Livio continued their internship experience in 2018 as an accounting and finance intern at North Thin Ply Technology. Most recently, Livio has been the head of accounts receivable and credit controller at Vipa Lausanne S.A. starting from March 2019.
Livio Salvi received a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from EHL in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Maturité Professionnelle en Sciences Naturelles from Agrilogie de Marcelin in 2013. In 2008, they attended Ecole romande d'art et de communication. Livio also holds additional certifications, including an IELTS certificate with a score of 7 out of 9 obtained in 2014, a Maturité Professionnelle en Sciences Naturelles obtained in 2012, and a CFC de Spécialiste en restauration obtained in 2012.
