Xavier Lisjak

Xavier LISJAK is a financial professional with extensive experience in management and financial control. Currently serving as the Head of Management & Financial Control at VIPARIS since June 2020, Xavier previously held roles at Thales from August 2013 to June 2020, including Senior Business Financial Analyst within the Mobile Network Wireless Division and Financial Reporting Analyst within the Training & Simulation Division. Key achievements include managing a profit and loss account for export projects valued at approximately €100 million, overseeing monthly closings under SAP (IFRS 15), and building multi-year budgets. Prior experience includes an internship as a Business Process Owner Finance Assistant at sanofi-aventis and a Junior Auditor internship at Deloitte. Xavier holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Heriot-Watt University, and a DUT in GEA from Université Côte d'Azur.
