Brian Primrose MBA MCR has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries.

Starting at Mutual Wholesale Division in 2004 as a Sales Assistant, they then joined a Mortgage Company as a Mortgage Specialist. In this role, they developed loan applications and handled underwriting and processing loan documents.

In 2006, Primrose moved to FedEx Ground as a Service Manager, where they were responsible for leading outbound package operations and training a team of package handlers.

From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Target as an Executive Team Lead in both Grocery and Logistics departments. Brian implemented adjustments to meet financial goals and improved productivity and processes.

Primrose then joined Bloomin Brands in 2011 as a Real Estate Analyst and later became a Site Development Project Manager. In these roles, they conducted analysis, reviewed inspection reports, and contributed to site selection and new restaurant development.

From 2014 to 2023, they worked at Humana as a Real Estate Portfolio Strategist and a Business Services Consultant. In these positions, they focused on strategic planning, optimization efforts, and workplace consultation to improve financial performance and develop business objectives.

Their latest position is at VIPcare, where they serve as the Vice President of Real Estate. Here, they lead a team of consultants in opening senior-focused primary care clinics nationwide, overseeing the entire development process, from marketing planning to operations.

Throughout their career, Primrose has gained extensive experience in areas such as real estate development, market planning, lease negotiation, space planning, construction management, financial planning, and strategic optimization efforts.

Brian Primrose earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of South Florida in 2007. Brian then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the Florida International University - College of Business between 2009 and 2011. In 2018, Brian Primrose also obtained a certification in Masters of Corporate Real Estate from CorNet.
