Tasha Ockfen

Tasha Ockfen is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in managing and developing compensation programs across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. since December 2021, Tasha previously held the role of Senior Global Compensation Analyst at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from March 2015 to November 2021. Tasha's career at Dendreon spanned nearly a decade, where responsibilities included managing compensation as a Contractor and later as Compensation Manager, alongside roles as a Senior HR Analyst, HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, and HR Assistant. Tasha holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Pacific Lutheran University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
