María Chaves Guerrero

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, since January 2016, Mariana has held the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also practiced as a Nutrióloga in a private consulting firm from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana obtained a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Enterprises from Universidad Anahuac Online in 2020 and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México in 2015.
