Sonia Odin

Sonia Odin currently serves as Site Manager at Virbac, overseeing factory operations and implementing improvement projects since January 2023. Additionally, Sonia is the founder and representative of Saigon Swap, promoting circular economy and sustainable fashion in Vietnam, as well as establishing cothosocola, a chocolate manufacturing startup. Previous roles include Operation Director at Dobla, Factory Manager at Marou Chocolate, and Factory Director at Lesaffre, where extensive experience in factory management, production, and team leadership was gained. Sonia holds an Executive MBA from RMIT University Vietnam, alongside several degrees in food science, biotechnology, and dairy science from prestigious institutions in France.
