Tim Blum Ma

Tim Blum, MA, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tim currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Vireo Health, Inc. where they have been working since November 2020. Prior to this, Tim held the role of Human Resources Manager at Vireo Health, Inc. from March 2020 to November 2020, and before that, they served as an HR Business Partner from May 2019 to March 2020.

Before joining Vireo Health, Inc., Tim worked at Questar Assessment, Inc. as an HR Business Partner from July 2016 to January 2019. Tim's career journey started in 1996 when they served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps until October 2000.

Tim Blum, MA, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul in 2011. Tim continued their education at the same institution, earning a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Services in 2013. Additionally, Tim Blum holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute, which they obtained in December 2014. In 2002, they also obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
