Patrick Jackson

Patrick Jackson has worked in various roles since 2016, including as a Project Engineer at VIRESCO AD LLC since 2021, where they streamline data processes and analysis to increase operational efficiency, manages biproducts sustainably, tracks and reports environmental impacts, and facilitates process improvements/upgrades. Patrick was previously a Sustainable Energy Intern at the same organization. In 2019, Patrick worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Nqaireh Women's Cooperative, where they collaborated to develop a food-grade dehydrator, optimizing earnings for Jordanian women, and designing/testing a small-scale industrial dehydration device with a simple user interface. Prior to this, they were a Warehouse Manager at Great Lakes Co. from 2017-2019 and an Athlete Mentor and Goalie Coach at Twin Cities Metro (TCM) Lacrosse from 2016-2019. Patrick has also been a Teacher Assistant at the University of St. Thomas in 2019.

Patrick Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2017. Patrick then pursued further education at the University of St. Thomas, where they graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in the same field.
