Daniela Giordani

Daniela Giordani is the Legal Director Europe at Virgin Active, providing broad legal support and strategic advice as a member of the Executives' Committee. Previously, Daniela worked as a Senior Associate at Vita Samory, Fabbrini e associati, focusing on M&A transactions, competition, antitrust, and real estate. With experience as an Associate at Jenny Hager and Partners, Daniela also has expertise in M&A transactions, commercial agreements, and Energy Law. Starting their legal career as a Trainee Lawyer at Jenny Parma Pozzi, Daniela gained experience in commercial and international practice. Daniela holds a Law degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Bachelor of Science from leone XIII.
