Connor Genders has a strong background in operations and management, with experience at Virgin Atlantic and Waitrose & Partners. In their current role at Virgin Atlantic, Connor holds several titles including Inflight Services Supplier Relationships Manager, Global Operations Manager, and Food & Beverage Development Manager. Connor is focused on improving customer satisfaction through strategic planning and continuous improvement. Prior to Virgin Atlantic, Connor worked at Waitrose & Partners as an Operations Manager and Assistant Section Manager. A graduate of St Pauls Catholic College and Warden Park School, Connor brings a wealth of experience to their roles in airline and retail operations.
