Ian Hislop

Ian Hislop is an experienced Programme Manager and Director with a diverse background in transformation and program management across various industries. Currently serving as a Programme Manager at Virgin Atlantic since December 2024, Ian has also held key leadership roles such as Director at Obisol Consulting Ltd since February 2014 and Head of Service Transformation (interim) at the British Red Cross in 2023-2024. Previous positions include Head of Renewals Transformation at Clarivate, Salesforce Programme Manager at CPA Global, and Head of Programmes - Digital & Technology at the Royal Opera House. Ian's significant contributions to the BBC from 2014 to 2017 as the Programme Delivery Lead for the myBBC Digital Transformation initiative focused on enhancing audience engagement through personalized digital experiences. Ian's career began at Accenture as a Senior Manager in Technology Innovation, following a BA(Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Sheffield.
