Darrell White

Darrell White is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in avionics and mechanical design across multiple aerospace organizations. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for Avionics at Virgin Galactic since January 2021, Darrell previously held the same title at The Spaceship Company while also leading the Vehicle Group for Avionics Engineering. Prior roles include Mechanical Design Engineer for Aircraft Cargo Loading Systems at Ancra International, where responsibilities encompassed design coordination, integration, and testing, as well as developing technical documentation and engineering drawings. Darrell's career additionally includes significant contributions at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems as a Responsible Design Engineer for F-35 Ground Support Equipment. Educational credentials include a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Professional Certificate in Systems Integration Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
